I Want To Grow My Organic Traffic

Your website performs well, but you feel like you’ve hit invisible wall? Don’t worry, we’ll find a way through!

If you see, that

  1. you possess the resources & support from your stakeholders, but
  2. your competitors outrank you

Then you must add this project to your to-do list! After all, if you competitors could reach new heights in the organic channel, you can do it, too! We can achieve this in a monthly SEO partnership. Depending on the project and goals, this entails the following steps and SEO services.

1. Analysis

First, I carry out a thorough audit of your website. The goal at this stage is to find promising opportunities for growing your website’s organic traffic effectively.

At this point, services like SEO audit, keyword research, and competitor analysis play the main role.

2. Implementation

Second, I present to you the results of the analysis & my recommendations. We discuss the details, then based on our inputs we create an action plan and implement the changes.

At this point, services like content creation, tech SEO optimizations, and minor on-page SEO optimizations play the main role.

3. Monitoring

Lastly, we track the performance of the changes and fine-tune if needed. This phase is characterized by continuous content development & “SEO maintenance”.

At this point, services like reporting, content development, SEO re-audit, and ad hoc consultancy play the main role.

I Want to Increase my AI Visibility

The rise of LLMs has turned the search landscape upside down and reshaped how people look for information. That creates new challenges for website owners, but thankfully it doesn’t create entirely new jobs for SEO specialists.

The good news: in my opinion (and many SEO consultants agree) the foundations of traditional SEO still works. It still helps you earn visibility in AI-driven results too (AI Overviews, ChatGPT answers, and more).

That means, that about 90% of the work is the same as it’s always been, with the main exception being highly competitive verticals (YMYL websites), where you need to approach SEO differently.

That remaining 10% requires advanced SEO and deeper expertise. You have to go further into the same disciplines we’ve always worked on. And make the final recommendations based on more sophisticated analyses and a little bit of math, so your content is not only relevant to search engines, but also makes sense to machine learning systems.

1. AI-focused analysis

As a first step, we do the same thing we’d do in a “standard” monthly SEO retainer: I assess the current state of your website to uncover the biggest opportunities that can increase your organic traffic and help you earn more AI visibility.

At this point, services like SEO audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, and AI-focused analyses play the main role.

2. Implementation, SEO-testing

As a second step, we review the audit’s findings, shape the recommendations, and prioritise them. Then we execute them based on an SEO plan. I’ll support your developer and copywriter throughout the whole implementation.

At this point, services like content creation, technical SEO, internal linking improvements, and link building play the main role.

3. Continuous fine-tuning

We track results continuously and fine-tune when needed. In this stage, SEO becomes an ongoing cycle of content development and optimisation. Later we refine performance through SEO tests.

At this point, services like reporting, monitoring, content optimisation, SEO re-audit, and occasional consultancy play the main role.

I Want to Enter New, Global Markets

SEO can be a huge advantage when you’re entering a foreign market. Your brand is new to the market, and the audience hasn’t interacted with it, yet. The goal is to create as many touchpoints and interactions as possible, reducing the perceived risk that comes with unfamiliarity.

With SEO, your visibility increases in those markets. That means your target audience will start encountering your brand more often on relevant searches. As that exposure builds, they engage with you more frequently. And with the right content and a CRO-optimised website, that’s what ultimately turns into trust and more revenue. International SEO isn’t fundamentally different from “domestic” SEO — it just makes the project (and the methodology) more complex.

In foreign markets, search intent can vary significantly from one country to another. When you target multiple countries, one of the most critical tasks is finding the overlap: the topics and questions that users across all target markets are searching for.

The international SEO process can be outlined as follows.

1. Analysis of target markets

As a first step, I analyse the search dynamics of your target markets through a complex keyword research and international competitor analysis. The goal is to build a clear, detailed picture of what your audience abroad is searching for, and what content format they need.

At this point, services like international keyword research, competitor analysis, and content analysis play the main role.

2. Audit, content creation

As a second step, we follow the “classic” SEO trajectory and run a full website audit. We fix all the essentials from both a technical and content perspective. Once that foundation is in place, we can start producing content specifically aimed at your international markets.

At this point, services like SEO audit, technical SEO, content optimisation + creation, and local SEO play the main role.

3. Optimisation, monitoring

We track results continuously and fine-tune when needed. In this stage, SEO becomes an ongoing cycle of content development, and content optimisation. If needed we extinguish “fires” if needed.

At this point, services like occasional SEO consulting, custom analysis, and content development still play the main role.

I want to increase my average conversion rate

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a surprisingly overlooked area of marketing. Rather than solely focusing on your traffic, why not increase the ratio of visitors who will actually make purchases on your website?

A CRO project involves a series of continuous A/B tests aimed at identifying ‘winning experiments’ – modifications to your website that statistically and significantly increase user conversions.

Here’s what a CRO project usually looks like.

1. Research, analysis, hypotheses

First, I carry out user research & analyze your data to answer the following question: where and why do your visitors leave your sales funnel?

Based on these insights & international best practices I formulate my hypotheses and prioritize them.

2. Setting up of A/B tests, pre-test analysis

Second, we set up the actual A/B tests together based on our hypotheses. Next, we carry out a pre-test analysis in order to ensure everything works perfectly.

Apart from these, we must calculate the Minimum Detectable Effect. This is important as we want to avoid Type II errors and minimize Type I. errors.

3. Analysis of the tests, next steps

Third, after running our experiments for a sufficient amount of time (4-6 weeks max), we analyze the data.

This is the most exciting stage: here we can see whether A) the results are statistically significant, and B) if we have found winning experiments.

In other words: have we found some ways to make your users convert on the site more confidently?
